Return & Refund Policy

At The Seoul Palette, we curate premium, science-backed Korean skincare to help you achieve your skin goals. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of skincare products, our return policy is strictly structured to ensure the safety and authenticity of all items.

1. Defective or Damaged Items Only

We only accept returns (at our cost) for items that arrive defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g. a manufacturing fault or shipping damage).

  • No Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges for any products, including cases of skin sensitivity, unexpected skin reactions, or a change of mind. We highly encourage reviewing ingredient lists or reaching out to us for a consultation prior to purchasing.

2. The 7-Day Notification Window

If you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery to be eligible for a return.

  • To initiate a return, please email us at info@kbeauty-sa.com with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photographic evidence.
  • Once your return request is approved by our team, we will provide you with shipping instructions. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

3. Condition of Return

To be eligible for a refund on a defective item, the product must be returned to us in the exact condition you received it - unopened, unused, and in its original retail packaging with all protective seals intact. 

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5 days. Please note that depending on your bank, it may take a few additional business days for the funds to reflect in your account.
