1. Processing & Fulfilment Times

  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
  • Once your order is fulfilled and handed over to our courier partner, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel's journey.

3. Important Shipping Details

  • Delivery Address: We deliver to your door. Please ensure a physical address where someone is available to sign for the parcel between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM on weekdays, is provided. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
  • Delays: While we and our courier partners aim to hit these timelines consistently, delivery times are estimates. High-volume shopping seasons or unexpected courier delays can occasionally extend delivery windows.
  • Undeliverable Parcels: If a parcel is returned to us by the courier due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, or because multiple delivery attempts were unsuccessful, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.
