Step 1: Check Your Packaging & Invoice
- Check the Padding: Many of our Korean skincare items (especially glass serums or ampoules) are wrapped in extra protective layers. Please double-check all bubble wrap and tissue paper.
- The Invoice: If an item is marked "Out of Stock" or "Backordered," it may be arriving in a separate shipment.
