When introducing a new product to your skincare routine, it’s essential to perform a patch test first. Apply a small amount of the product to a discreet area such as behind your ear or along your neck and observe for any signs of redness, irritation, or sensitivity before applying it to your face or body.
If you’re introducing multiple new products, we recommend a staggered approach: add one product at a time, allowing a few days in between. This helps your skin adjust gradually and makes it easier to identify which product is offering the best results or causing any irritation.
Orders & Payments
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24–48 business hours (Monday to Friday). Once shipped, your order should arrive within the time frame of your chosen delivery method, which you can double-check in your order confirmation email.
During busy periods or sale events, despatch times may be slightly longer. We thank you i advance for your patience as we prepare your parcel with care.
Once your order is despatched, you’ll receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking details. Please check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it, and ensure your email address is correct for smooth communication.

Yes, please select the "Collect" option at checkout and you won't have to pay for shipping! Once your order is ready, we will contact you to arrange collection from our Durban North location.
